GAS FIRED THERMAL FLUID HEATER
Commercialized for industrial processes requiring high temperatures, the XH MAR Bethlehem thermal fluid heaters are equipped with a burner, stack and combustion chamber of cylindrical coils, through which the thermal oil is heated, through combustion gases from the burning of gas and/or oil.
In the process, a specific thermal oil will be used, which can be mineral or synthetic, and the temperature will be the determining factor. For processes where mineral oil is used, the temperature limit is up to 300°C, and for synthetic oil, the temperature limit is up to 380°C, pressurised with inert gas (nitrogen) to increase the oil’s lifespan (oxidation).

Na razão de um mercado competitivo, a XH MAR BETHLEHEM desenvolveu seus próprios aquecedores de fluido térmico para a indústria, apresentando uma ideia completa para aquecedores, no modelo gás/óleo e para biomassa.
Comercializado para processos industriais que solicitam altas temperaturas, os aquecedores de fluido térmico XH MAR BETHLEHEM são equipados com queimador, chaminé e câmara de combustão de serpentinas cilíndricas, por onde é aquecido o óleo térmico, através de gases da combustão provenientes da queima de gás e/ou óleo.
No processo, utilizaremos um óleo térmico específico, que pode ser mineral ou sintético, onde a temperatura será o fator determinante. Para processos onde utilizaremos o óleo mineral, teremos o limite de temperatura de até 300°C e para o óleo sintético, o limite de temperatura de até 380°C, pressurizados com gás inerte (nitrogênio) para aumento da vida útil do óleo (oxidação).
