RESIN BENEFICIATION
Currently, XH MAR BETHLEHEM is able to provide the industry with a complete beneficiation plant, with the producing capacity from 10 to 15 tons per day, known as a turnkey model.
With the expansion of the resin beneficiation sector in the national market, XH MAR BETHLEHEM noticed the need for developing a full line for beneficiation, industrialization and processing of resin, gum base, tar, turpentine and derivatives. Currently, XH MAR BETHLEHEM is able to provide the industry with a complete beneficiation plant, with the producing capacity from 10 to 15 tons per day. For the beneficiation plants we work with the concept of industry 4.0, developing a control system, work routine, automation through programmable logic controller, report and revenue historic, instrumentation and supervisory system. Among the main applications, the industries of food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, fragrances, chemicals, textile, and paints and coatings.

Linha completa para beneficiamento, industrialização e processamento de resina, goma base, breu, terebintina e derivados, com capacidade de processamento de 10 a 150 toneladas por dia, conhecido como um modelo de negócios, turn key.
Com a expansão do setor de beneficiamento de resina no mercado nacional, a XH MAR BETHLEHEM verificou a necessidade do desenvolvimento de uma linha completa para o beneficiamento, industrialização e processamento de resina, goma base, breu, terebintina e derivados. Atualmente, a XH MAR BETHLEHEM possui condições de fornecer a indústria uma solução completa no que tange a planta de beneficiamento, com capacidade de processamento de 10 a 150 toneladas por dia. Para as plantas de beneficiamento trabalhamos com o conceito de indústria 4.0, desenvolvendo sistema de controle, rotinas de trabalho, automação por meio de CLP, histórico de relatório e receitas, instrumentação e supervisórios. Dentre as principais aplicações, temos os ramos da indústria alimentícia, cosméticos, farmacêutica, perfumaria, química, têxtil e tintas.

As aplicações para a resina, goma base e seus derivados são inúmeras na indústria, essencialmente a química (têxtil, tintas), alimentícia e farmacêutica (cosméticos, perfumaria). Essas possibilidades se comprovam quando observamos que, na atualidade, estes materiais têm mais de 220 aplicações.
Atualmente a terebintina, parte volátil da resina, é largamente empregada na indústria química para a fabricação de cânfora sintética, composição de desodorantes, desinfetantes e germicidas.
Já a parte volatizada, chamada de breu, participa na fabricação de sabões, colas, vernizes, laquês, tintas, gomas de mascar, entre muitos outros produtos.

Currently, turpentine, the volatile part of the resin, is widely used in the chemical industry to manufacture synthetic camphor, a composition for deodorants, disinfectants and germicides.
